How to fix “death streak”?
- 1After dying, do not run straight back to where you died: wait for allies or farm in a safe area.

- 3After two deaths in a row, stop for 10 seconds and check where the enemies are and what they have.

How the coach counts it
What is “death streak” in Dota 2?
After dying you went back into the same situation and died again: three deaths with less than a minute and a half of life between them, or a death within 30 seconds of respawning.
How does the coach find this mistake?
The coach groups deaths into a streak when less than 90 seconds of life separates them. A death within the first 30 seconds after respawn is flagged separately.
Why does “death streak” cost games?
A death streak is usually tilt or a rush to get even. The enemy is paid for each one, and your team plays four versus five most of that time.
